VOLUNTEER PACKETS

Before you can volunteer on campus or in your child's classroom you must complete a volunteer packet. You can download and print the forms here or stop by the front office to pick up a copy.

The instructions for volunteer packet submission:

  • Volunteer Application
  • Volunteer Application (Spanish)
  • Code of Conduct
  • Attach a copy of your driver’s license
  • Once packet is complete, submit to the front office. We will record it and advise your teacher of your clearance.
